sorry for my late answer, I actually had checked the “email notification” box but not received an email unfortunately. The testimonials page has a picture with text on it and this actually has worked fine so far. I have checked the link in the button which also points to the correct page.

Can you please share the screenshot of that customizer section of the Home/Front Story Section?

I guess there may be an issue with the button URL.

And one more thing if you’re talking about the content below the ‘TESTIMONIALS’ it won’t appear, the reason is that you have used the image on that page

After updating to the latest version, on my biz website http://www.sniehues.com the “Testimonials” (Home/Front Story Section) are not shown anymore, which are based on a page called “testimonials”. I have checked the page which seems OK, I can open it, also tried renaming it without any progress unfortunately. What can I try?

in the Biography Pro Theme, which is sold as translatable, the Home/Front story section is still not translatable. You have confirmed and commented this on October 5th, 2020 by saying “we are working on it”.

The renewal for 2 copies of the theme is due on January 12th, 2021. I really like the theme and would like to keep it. What do you want me to do? When can I expect a fix for the problem?

Regarding your query, the feature you are requiring requires two customizers which are currently not available in the theme, however, we have informed the theme author about the compatibility enhancement. We will work on the compatibility in the near future with the WPML plugin.

thanks for your reply. This this actually what I have done, however the “Home/Front Story” section does not pull the translated page (english) but stays in the original language (German). Using the customizer, I have set the German page for the Home/Front Story section as advised. In fact the language stays in the language just that I pick for the Home/Front section.

I’ve also tried deleting the pages for “Home/Front Story” (both, the original and the translated one) and re-created them from scratch. Unfortunately when I change the language from German to English the Home/Front Story section stays in German, please see here http://www.steffenn.com As mentioned, it works fine for Home/Front Services.

The homepage section is also set using the post/pages.

So you need to create post, page from the backend in the language you want. Then go to customizer and select those post or page to set different sections in the Homepage.

This is how you work on the front page.
