    I’d like to have a cover image set on desktop but when viewing on Tablets or Mobile the image is not resizing so it’s unrecognizable.

    How can you edit just the Tablet / Mobile portions of the Cover Images and Site content without losing the desktop saved look? Does the Pro theme package give this flexibility?

    Theme: PhotoBrust Free
    Site: DieselFuelDoctor.com

    I guess we have to add extra CSS code to solve this issue. I am not sure the pro theme gives flexibility for this.

    But no worries we will help you to fix that issue.
    Can you please share the reference screenshot of that cover image?

    Are you referring to the Editor Area of that Cover image?

    Link to Google Drive of Screens: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1cX1ND-FizAHmCsuHh-5K0s63ZmmCFERo?usp=share_link

    Additional CSS line currently is: wp-block-section header-media is-style-default

    Thanks for your speedy response and assistance.

    You can add this CSS in the Additional CSS.

    here is the Code

    .wp-block-section.header-media{
    min-height: 1280px !important;
    }

    @media screen and (max-width: 1040px) {
    .wp-block-section.header-media{
    min-height: 510px !important;
    }
    }

    @media screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .wp-block-section.header-media{
    min-height: 510px !important;
    }
    }

    @media screen and (max-width: 567px) {
    .wp-block-section.header-media{
    min-height: 360px !important;
    }
    }

    You will find Additional CSS inside Appearance >> Customizer >> Additional CSS

    Add the CODE there and published the site
