Regarding your query, you can add the translated string directly while creating the page/post that will appear in the menu directly as translated.

Thanks for your fast reply. From the mentioned Loco Plugin all is fine, and also general settings “Language” and time Zone is german and Berlin but “Home” still remains.

Regarding your query related to the translation, you can translate to any language as per the requirement using the Loco Translate plugin as all the strings of the theme are made translations ready. You can refer to the documentation link given below to get detailed assistance on how to translate strings using LOCO Translate.

From Loco Translate, you can also change to the home button to german language.

Is it possible to remove the Home Button in the top section from the Menu? Or if not, can it be renamed into the german word “Startseite”, if so – where it can be done? I didn’t find in the theme customizer.

Glad you found the workaround.

Regarding the line that appears on every page has come from the theme design, you can remove that line adding below given CSS following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

.page .site-content .entry-content-wrapper {
    border-left: 0px solid #f5f5f5;
 }

Break through! I just realized I was trying to use the widget on the same page as I had Projects Page pointing to (project archive). Problem solved!

I do have another question closely related, is there a way to remove the line going down the left side of the page? It’s on all of our pages but here’s an example: https://cabriostructures.com/company/

Hi,

I think we got a little offtrack, I don’t think I need to import anything from the Demo at this time. The CB: Portfolio widget works correctly when I use it on the front page but when I use it on a separate page with “Widgets for Shortcodes” it look different. It’s missing the filter at the top and the project photos aren’t interactive when hovered over. I haven’t had this issue with other widgets.
