To remove the author box and related articles use below given CSS .

For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below given CSS.

article#about-author {
    display: none;
}

section#related-articles {
    display: none;
}

Actually we have provided the CSS code as the quick fix to the issue . The CSS we have provided will not add the option field in the customizer but will solve the issue .

The theme does not have the option to change the color so as the fix we have provided the CSS .

To change the color of the site title use below given CSS.

For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below given CSS.

    color: #00b4ff;
}

You can change the hex color code according to your requirement .

We apologize for inconveniences.

From third parties we meant any third party plugin you have used with the theme. The error might be due the use of the plugin for which we have not tested the compatibility of the theme with so try disabling them and see if it works.

As we have checked the issue with the latest version , we are unable to find such issue . So please try deactivating the third party used and verify the issue .

1. The link you just sent, which I checked on my iPhone, loaded the desktop version of the website, which isn’t what should load on a phone. There is a different design, as this is supposed to be responsive, that loads on a phone. This did load correctly, however.
2. If you go on an iPhone and use Safari or Chrome, my website (travelingwithmax.com) does not load properly. I have tested on multiple devices.

I love the design of this theme, but unfortunately it’s not usable if users can’t load the homepage.

I’ve tried on two devices now and it doesn’t work on iPhone at all. When loading, I get a message that says “A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded” and then it doesn’t load properly, then the message pops up again, and so on.

I just installed this theme yesterday and was re-working my site to work with this theme but will have to discontinue and find a new theme if there isn’t a way to resolve this issue.
